We are excited to announce a preview of some of the talks and workshops that will take place at Bellavita Expo Amsterdam 2018. These will be led by chefs and experts from all over Benelux and Europe, covering the latest industry trends on food, beer, wine and much more.

Here’s a preview of the agenda – more information to come soon:

• Nicoletta Tavella , founder of La Cucina del Sole (the most important Italian cooking school in the Netherlands) will be the resident chef at Bellavita Food, Wine & Beer Academy, where she will host masterclasses using the Italian products on display.

• Winner of Heel Holland Bakt 2015, Sarena Solari is a TV personality and food writer. She will bring her know-how to the event with a tasty masterclass on all things bakery, mixed with her Italian heritage.

• Han Sjakes , wine expert and journalist, will lead a panel of industry professionals and buyers who will share their knowledge and expertise around the positioning of Italian wines in Benelux.
