We are proud to announce that Giancarlo Russo , chef and ambassador of Italian cuisine in Poland, will be Resident Chef at Bellavita Warsaw 2018 (10 – 12 April, WorldFood Warsaw 2018). In Poland for over 20 years, Giancarlo Russo is one of the most renowned figures in the Polish-Italian culinary landscape; he is also a famous TV chef and spokesperson for important brands such as Lidl, Zanetti and Barilla.

Three top Polish chefs selected by Giancarlo Russo through an Italian culinary contest, will have the opportunity to lead a masterclass each on the stage of the Bellavita Food Academy, using only the products showcased at the event. The three chefs will need to use their imagination as they select their ingredients from the exhibitors present at the show and create unique dishes in front of thousands of visitors.
