E’ un Ambrata doppio malto realizzata come tutte le Gruit utilizzando materie prime selezionate. Al naso presenta lievissime note di caramello con sfumature fruttate. All’assaggio corpo moderato, rotondo, secco e pulito. Buon sapore di malto e luppolo.

 

Abbinamenti: pizze, primi e secondi piatti moderatamente grassi, insalate, formaggi a crosta lavata, grigliate di carne.

 

Bassa Fermentazione  Gradazione alcolica 6%  vol. Alc.

Non filtrata, non pastorizzata.

Contiene: acqua, malti d'orzo, luppolo e lievito.

This is a double-malt amber created like all the Gruit beers using first-rate materials.  It presents faint scents of caramel with fruity undertones.  Its taste is moderate body, round, dry, and clean.  A good barley and hop flavor.

Accompaniments: pizza, pasta and meat or fish dishes that are fairly heavy, salads, cheese with clean rinds, grilled meat

Low fermentation  6 % alcohol

Not filtered, not pasteurized

Contains: water, barley malt, hops, and yeast
