A blend of our Picual and Empeltre extra virgen organic olive oils, balanced to obtain an harmonic oil that maintains the attributes of both components. It is a medium intensity EVOO with fruity aroma and flavor with slight bitter and peppery touch typical of early harvest. Its notes of fresh grass, artichoke and dried fruits persist in mouth.

Pairs: It is well suited for salads, vegetables, seafood, White meats, fresh cheeses, pastas, sauces and emulsions, confectionery, chocolate, fruits and honey.
