Danilo Favro beekeeping is a small individual company located in San Giorio, a small village in the heart of the lower Val di Susa in Piedmont.
"In 2009 I decided to throw myself full-time into this activity, fascinated by the bees and the complex society that these fantastic insects are able to create. Thanks also to the experience gained helping my father Franco, a long-time beekeeper for hobby, I gradually increased the number of beehives and soon the production of honey alone was accompanied by bee families for sale, queen bees (mainly for internal use) and royal jelly. "
The honey we produce is natural. Small quantities of the best honeys that the area offers: acacia, linden, chestnut, wildflower, alpine flora, honeydew and in the most favorable seasons rhododendron, fir honeydew and dandelion.
We choose locations far from pollution, mostly in the mountains of the Val di Susa, to ensure maximum healthiness.
