Our products are free of flour, milk, lactose, milk derivatives, colouring agents and added polyphosphates.
The complete absence of meat byproducts, such as pork rind and pork rind emulsion also means that our mortadella is easy to digest.
To confirm the craftsmanship and daily care we take over our products, our Mortadella Classica and Mortadella Mora Mora products have both been granted the right to use the Presidio Slow Food trademark and our Mortadella Sette Chiese boasts official Bio certification that makes it the first ever organic mortadella to be produced in Bologna.
