Azienda Agricola Valentina Cubi

Iltabarro is a very drinkable and pleasent Valpolicella Superiore. It is balanced in alcohol and complex. It has notes of cherry and plum, with a touch of elegant spiciness given by 12 months in oak (Big casks - 30hl). Lovely with vegetarian and meat dishes, very versatile.
