Our luscious oil is made exclusively from Nocellara olives and produced at the Seidita family estate -Villa Paola - in Sicily. 

​​Our olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within 12 hours, to ensure our olive oil keeps all the characteristics of excellence for which it is known worldwide - a family tradition dating back many years.
