Our small company is on the market with a niche product, and a production limited to a few hundred bottles of beer a month, to maintain a quality standard and above all the true craftsmanship of the product, ensuring that all the processing steps are performed manually and, last but not least, the use of specific yeasts of higher than average quality. After bottling, our beers remain in storage for fermentation in the bottle for at least 3-4 months before they are released for consumption, allowing the beer to reach optimum maturation.
Our artisanal products are produced exclusively with natural products, without the addition of dyes or preservatives.
