Derrick Neleman, making his own organic wine in Spain together with good friend and winemaker Diego Fernández Pons, fell in love with this special design from Luksemburk and wanted to bring it into production, taking brilliant design and great organic rosé to winelovers everywhere!

The Grenache grapes are harvested early on in the season to preserve a good

acidity. Also harvest takes place at night. Fermented in steel vats, the juice is allowed to macerate on the skins just enough to get a nice pink color with salmon highlights.

A great rosé with an approachable nose of strawberry, raspberry and cranberry gives way to notes of wet stone and slate.  Light, cool and bracing on the palate; fresh but not sour, very pure and pleasantly fruity.
