100% Graciano, 8A Mil Gracias is a special wine whose main feature is that the grapes are picked at their peak of ripeness. Graciano tends to be among the last varieties to be harvested. Once in the winery, it follows a few days of cold maceration and then temperature-controlled malolactic fermentation in French and American oak, and aging in the cask for 9 months. An explosion of aromas, combined with soft, pleasant tannins that beg a second glass.
The dragonfly in the label is because given our organic philosphy the vineyard of Graciano is full of these in spring and summer time.
