Nduja is one of the most famous typical product of Calabria. Nduja is a spicy, spreadable pork salami. It originates from Monte Poro- Spilinga. Nduja is put into a small jar with a little bit of olive oil and later pasteurized. No colorings or preservatives. It’s perfect for bruschetta, main courses and savory pastries.
