Peasant origins, a mercantile activity and return to the ancient vocation. The last 50 years of the Valerio family are enclosed in three moments that coincide with as many entrepreneurial paths. The possessions of the family extend over more than 500 hectares, located in different municipalities of the Province of Isernia. Macchia d'Isernia, Monteroduni, Pescolanciano, Miranda and other municipalities host the oil mill, the wine cellar, 30 hectares of olive groves, 14 hectares of vineyards, two farms of 250 cattle and over 2000 sheep with their pastures, all conducted according to nature without manipulation and industrial logic. Not a slogan, but a philosophy that the Valerio family translates into the adoption of a sustainable and fair production method. Organic supply chain, natural fertilization and respect for environmental quality are an integral part of the company vision, which deals with recovering and preserving cultivation techniques, vines, vocations and specific features of the territory.
