Our Verdial broken olives are medium-sized olives, with a firm texture and a rich flavour. They are also very oily. 

They are cracked, that is why, all marinating aromas are quickly absorbed by the olives. We present them marinated either with our mix of spices or with red pepper and garlic. A flavour’s party in your mouth!
