Made from olives of the Picual variety, harvested between the months of October and November.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil with intense fruity aromatic notes reminiscent of freshly cut grass, aromas of green banana, medium and soft tones of basil and green apple.
Bitter taste in mouth of medium intensity, accompanied by the sensation of mild itching.
