Extra Virgin Olive Oil made of our native olive variety. Cornicabra is a robust, persistent oil with great character and complex flavor. Green and fragrant to the nose, slightly bitter and spicy in mouth. It's naturally rich in polyphenols and oleocanthal, therefore a very healthy oil and very stable when cooking, which makes it very polyvalent for all uses in cuisine. This variety is protected under D.O.P Montes de Toledo, and has been awarded many times as best olive oil of Castilla la Mancha region.
