From end of 2021, a new line of products sees the light on the Hualdo Farm: Quesos de Hualdo is an artisan contemporary dairy, that produces raw milk cheeses using the milk freshly and directly milked from our own herd of Manchega breed sheep. Our animals graze freely daily on our pastures, providing our milk with great complexity and absolute freshness.
