Defendi Gorgonzola dolce is a soft blue cheese characterized by a delicate and pleasant flavour that is enhanced by its soft and creamy consistency, a combination of irresistible pleasure. Its ageing process lasts at least 50 days.
In order to guarantee high quality cheese and Gorgonzola traditional taste, in the production process the most advanced technologies are combined with steps still performed by hand and particular care is given to the ageing process.
Gorgonzola is naturally lactose and gluten free. Gorgonzola dolce is available also from organic milk.
