Caseificio Ignalat is an Apulianmedium company which operates on the Italian and International cheese market since 1948. Ignalat is specialized in the production of many kind of soft cow-milk fresh cheeses (eg. Burrata, mozzarella, scamorza, stracciatella etc.), mature (caciocavallo, provolone etc.) naturally smoked (eg. Smoked burrata, mozzarella, scamorza etc.)
Our products are available in a wide range of size and packs in order to supply both retail and good service market. 
Ignalat owns a quality system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, GSFS-BRC Issue 8 (Grade A) IFS Vers. 6.1 (Higher Level) Food standards.
