We are an agro-food company located in Pavullo, at 700m a.s.l . and in the heart of the Treasure Island of Parmigiano Reggiano. We cultivate 300 hectares of land in a biological way for the production of fodder, cereals and pastures with which we feed 600 cattle for the production of milk that we transform into Parmigiano Reggiano and 500 sheep for the production of milk that we transform into other cheeses.
Mechanization and technology have improved the way of feeding of cows, but not the type of food: fodder from polifiti meadows, cereals and vegetable proteins (whole soya)... the ideal food for a ruminant that produce excellent milk to be curdled.
