We are an Italian Dairy located in Central Italy, in the National Park of Gran Sasso Mountain;
we are specialized in Pecorino Cheeses that we are producing for more than 50 years, being at the third generation.
Our Cheeses are made using only Italian Milk of sheep grazing at a very high altitude, feeding with exceptional herbs.
We use exclusive ancient recipes that make our products artisanal.
