Morgan’s pickled vegetables, available in five different varieties, are quite simply bespoke products. Each recipe represents a different personality, so we have traditional all the way through to unusual, but they all have one thing in common: they are exceptionally crunchy. This crunchiness is achieved by cooking each of the vegetables separately and, more importantly, the quality of the ingredients we use.

We make no compromises in our approach to food. We select only vegetables grown on local farms using ethical, sustainable methods, with the utmost respect for the balance of nature.
We use no chemical additives and we process our products by hand.
Our products follow the seasons, so our pickled vegetables are joined by other creations at different times of the year: our SINGLE VARIETIES (carrots, fennel and cauliflower), SEASONAL VEGETABLES IN OIL (late season radicchio, white asparagus and pioppini mushrooms), SAUCES (Morgan, Vegetable and Anna), LE ECCELLENZE (Tomatoes with Bourbon Vanilla and PDO Red Aubergine of Rotonda)), and MORGAN'S FRUIT(Percoca peaches with Bourbon Vanilla and Cherries in light Grappa).
Morgan’s extended family now includes the line GLI AMICI DI MORGAN (Morgan's Friends), a project developed with producers who share our vision of excellence. The family includes Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Gli Amici di Morgan" and "I Croccanti Piaceri di Mais" crunchy corn delights that are delicious on their own but even better when paired with our pickled vegetables, the other specialties in our family or cured meats, cheese, marinated fish, grilled vegetables and custards.
