Micro vinification in 1,000-litre stainless steel tank at low temperatures to maintain aromas.

Tasting note
Pale yellow colour with greenish tones. Brilliant and clean, intense aroma, hints of ripe fruit and characteristic notes of Spanish broom. Warm and lingering in the mouth.

Type of vine
Bush vines more than 60 years old at an altitude of 400 metres.
