Aromatic, round and full bodied wine. With its deep personality and strenght, it’s a challenging and intriguing wine, which seduces also the most experienced winelover. Produced only in the best years in small quantity. Produced from the finest grapes, hand-harvested, age for 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by another 24 months in bottle. The complex bouquet welcomes tones of roses, spices, wood, meeting the soft texture of silky tannins in the mouth. Thanks to the nice alcoholic strength, it’s the ideal companion to the spicy and tasty foods, like peppered pork or tasty pasta. Friend of lamb, poultry, and cold cuts, it pairs great as well with simple recipes, where it expresses all its energy.
