Lard, high shoulder, of heavy Italian pig, cut in the typical tile shape, without rind, expertly flavored with Mediterranean herbs from the Apulian territory and a mix of different types of pepper, salt and garlic. After a seasoning of three months, it is ready to enhance cutting boards and refined cuisine.
