We are a brand new company located in the north-west of Spain (Galicia) dedicated to making GOURMET quality CROQUETAS . We have a 300m2 workshop space, located in Castro Riberas de Lea, Lugo province. We present ourselves as driven on offering a different croqueta, handcrafted in Galicia. We want the quintessential CROQUETA to be our trademark, with a distinct flavor and texture.
