DACATE' S.R.L.

The blend is made of 100% Arabica coffee beans . Rich body and velvety crema, with baked bread and nutty aroma, the taste profile is medium acidity, very fruity and cocoa  after taste. The roasting level is medium and the prefererred extraction method is Espresso, with a dose of 7,2 grams for 1 shot. the blend is produced by Dacatè S.r.l., based in Rome, Italy and has won a Gold Medal at the International Coffee tasting competition in 2018 and 2019.
