Dalterino single-serving tubs have been designed to meet the need for small portions of grated cheese, typical of school, hospital and company canteens or of catering services on means of transport. There are several cheeses available for this product: Parmigiano Reggiano PDO or Grana Padano PDO for those who want to offer the customer the highest quality ingredients, or the Mix version, that is a fine blend of selected grated cheeses, for those who want to provide a quality product but containing the cost of the dish. The available weights are 5g and 10g, meeting every specific need of the user.
 
Thanks to the single serving tubs, the user is able to control the quantity of product used by the user, reducing consumption and monitoring the cost of each individual dish. Another fundamental aspect is food safety: in fact, once packed inside the trays, the cheese is no longer manipulated. This allows to guarantee a safe product from the hygienic and food point of view.
