Dolce Ricotta was born in Petrosino, in the province of Trapani, reflecting the most authentic traditions of dairy production with short conservation. The increase in product demand by our customers has, of course, delineated the commercial evolution of the company, leading us to include the cold chain in the production processes. By applying the most innovative techniques in the frozen products sector, we are able to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the Ricotta. Today we deliver a high quality product throughout Italy and abroad, capable of giving that continuity to the Sicilian pastry tradition, considered a source of pride not only of our island but also of our country and which has now fully entered that "Made in Italy ” recognition appreciated all over the world.
