On the front label, we have reinterpreted the map of Venice city in an artistic key: a tribute to the "Terre dei Dogi" and to a territory rich in history and tradition.

Intense and bright red. It acquires slightly garnet reflections during the maturation in the bottle.
Tasting notes:
Intense and young bouquet, with distinct fragrances of red fruit jam blended with elegant vegetal notes. On the palate it is dry and persistent, with the return of red fruit and a slight hint of tannins well inserted in the structure.
Food pairings:
Tradition combines it with fresh pasta with "ragù" meat sauce, with "polenta" and sausage and with poultry, but it also goes well with beef and veal steaks and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature:
Uncork beforehand and serve at room temperature -18-20 C°
