Pratorosso is a craft brewery that produces raw beer, i.e. not pasteurized, and refermented in bottles.
We produce beers rich in perfumes and with an unmistakable taste, which satisfy even the most demanding palates. The style that distinguishes them is the high fermentation Belgian style, with a subsequent phase of refermentation inside the bottle to complete the bouquet of flavors and fragrances.
