Rogelfrut is a leading brand in high quality fruit processing, located in a small agricultural valley at the foot of the Alps. Since 1978 we merge the farmer's inherited knowledge with the latest technology, achieving international patents and awards. Today we offer a large variety of products to ice cream shops, bakeries and laboratories all around the world.

Our Mission: Rogelfrut is proud of its history and its roots. We daily choose very carefully all our raw materials thanks to a rigorous selection, work and packaging process entirely made at our plant in Rossana (Cuneo). We use only the best fruit of carefully selected crops: healthy, tasty and appropriately mature.

The production chain: Our commitment and loyalty towards our customers is reflected in all the step of the production chain, from choosing the right fruit at its maturation point, to carefully storing and distributing it. Compared to the traditional processes, the high processing technology and the efficient freezing process we apply, does guarantee products of a higher quality and better homogeneity. Through the continuous monitoring of the production process and the analysis conducted, we provide micro-biologically safe products.

The Range: With a total daily production capacity of 20 T frozen products, spread through two production shifts totaling to over 80
employees; a cold storage capacity hosting about 10.000 pallet spaces at -18°C ( 0° F ) we do promptly serve our customers. Among our products you can find Frozen Fruit Puree and Juices, in an impressive variety of flavors and tastes, ready to prepare gelati, ices, mousse, smoothies and much more.
