Fiordelisi srl is  an Italian company leader in production of Sun dried and semi dried vegetables. Our core business is the tomato, being a manufacturer of ready antipasti and Italian side dishes. Fiordelisi is on the international markets from fifteen years with the aim to develop innovative concepts about agricultural and food dimension, through studies and collaboration with some Italian Research Centers. The company is located in Puglia, in the South of Italy, a perfect place for vegetables growing and its leadership come from the experience accrued in fresh vegetables growing and vegetables processing. In fact the most of the vegetables that Fiordelisi processes come from its own farms, so that thanks to experience and manufacturer capability the company is able to follow all the products processing "from field to fork" with constant check on the quality. This is the key that allows Fiordelisi to satisfy all the customer needs, whether they are in food service or retail, about products, packaging or even recipes and development of new products. These are the features that make Fiordelisi the supplier of some big distribution chains, even with their own private labels, as well as of many food service companies in Europe.
