This mortadella is recognised by the double V that marks each slice of the mortadella. It is made from 100% Italian meats from a guaranteed supply chain. It is the crown jewel of Veroni production, with a unique and refined taste provided by adding Hymalayan pink salt.  Available with or without pistachios. Average weight: 14 kg and 7 kg. In synthetic casing, cylindrical shape. Gluten-free, lactose and dairy free, no added polyphosphates.
