The Frantoio Romano Vincenzo in Bronte since 1959, deals mainly with the transformation of olives into oil, both on behalf of third parties and on their own.
The mill takes care of the cultivation and harvesting phases aimed at improving the quality of the oil, directing the producers to obtain an increasingly high quality extra virgin olive oil. Over the years, the company has always used cutting-edge technologies in the olive processing process. In 2007 important investments were made with the installation at our premises of a system with an integral continuous type extraction system entirely built in stainless steel and completely washable from batch to batch to avoid that in the oil there may be mixtures between one match and the other so as not to change the organoleptic qualities of the oil of the individual producers.
