We are olive oil artisans and producers. We have a mission: to offer the consumer the possibility of eating healthy food at the right price. The oil producers are artisanal oil mills, companies in which competent and honest people work to guarantee the product quality by controling the entire supply chain, from the cultivation of the olive grove to the bottles distribution process.

The creation of a Consortium was necessary to make artisan mills recognizable as the only true oil producers of olives and to give a solid identity to our product, making it easier to identify their quality.
