The Olive Oil Mill Perniola was born in 1963 thanks to the dedication and commitment of Giuseppe Oliva and Maria Francesca Perniola. With them comes the tradition and passion for the production exclusively of extra-virgin olive oil according to the traditional method of the first cold pressing.
Over the years the company has done its job with the aim of improving product quality, thanks also to the introduction of new machinery. The end result is an extra-virgin olive oil whose scent and lightness make it a fundamental product for the Mediterranean diet and for daily consumption.
The oil is produced from quality olives coratine, leccino and ogliarola and has a low rate of acidity typical of extra-virgin olive oil.
