The farm “Funtana Cana” is Pattada in the heart of Logudoro, a gastronomic gem and natural and where nature and time have maintained a central role: the same who had hundreds of years ago, when the Sardinian shepherds preparing their cheeses with wise steps handed down from father to son for generations.
Today, technology and some machines allow us to disclose those extraordinary flavors all over the country and Europe, but milk, technique and fodder have preserved the organoleptic characteristics of the products of that era.
