This is the secret of Galfrè Antipasti d’Italia, established in Barge in 1901 with the aim to promote in Italy and abroad unique and delicious products.
The Company is located in the Hills of Piemonte, where the culture of picking up and preserving porcini mushrooms with natural methods began. These ancient values played a central role on our way to success: for this reason, we are still carefully choosing the best raw materials and the most perfumed and good mushrooms, each one selected by hand according to age-old methods.
