The company was founded in 1969 by a family originally from Cetara, a small village on the Amalfi Coast, known for fishing and processing tuna, anchovies and the typical anchovy sauce.
Thanks to the strong bond with the territory, IASA manages to bring back on a large scale niche products that preserve ancient traditions such as the anchovies and the colatura, tuna fished along the coasts of the Mediterranean such as the alalunga species (white tuna), the Mediterranean tuna (alletterato) and the precious red tuna (blufin).
The craftsmanship, the bond with the territory, the careful selection of raw materials and the Italian production, are the basic values of our corporate philosophy that guide and reinforce the corporate identity giving the product a concrete added value.
