Since 1910, the skilled hands of those who make these delicious creations, the “labradoras”, shape the Tortas one by one and are then oven baked to achieve the light and crunchy sensation which makes them so unique. In fact, even the original individual presentation of the Tortas, which forms part of the “Inés Rosales Ritual”, remains the same today. Each Torta is wrapped in a wax paper packaging that helps maintain its organoleptic qualities and makes them easy to eat both at home and on the go.
