Le Trifole - Premium Italian Truffles di Curzietti Davide is an Italian family-run company based in the city of San Marzano Oliveto, near Alba, around the world known as the capital of the truffle. Our company is a real reference point in Piedmont for all lovers of this hypogeal fungus.
We are specialized in the production and distribution of fresh truffles and truffle-based products, both white and black. For four generations, our family has dedicated itself to the research and distribution of fresh truffles that grow spontaneously in the generous territory of the Langhe (Piemont Region).
In addition to the fresh truffle, whose availability is subject to the seasons, Le Trifole - Premium Italian Truffles has studied a line of gastronomic specialties that offer the possibility to taste the flavour of the truffle throughout the year.
We obtain this result through the combination of ancient knowledge and modern conservation techniques that keep the special taste of truffles intact. The skillful manufacturing of the products made by the members of the family assures the highest quality and the full control of the truffle and of other components, through a careful selection and subdivision of the raw materials.
We sell our products all over the world (mainly in North America, Europe and Asia).

Since we produce handmade products, for large orders we can evaluate the possibility of some customization of the product (in terms of size and ingredients).
