Today we produce and transform the product together with small Italian companies that focus on craftsmanship and tradition. From the piennolo cherry tomatoes, collected in sacks and left to dry in the cool, to the aubergines in oil, still strictly hand-cut, the products distributed by Marchio Verificato bring to the table all the taste of the past.
