In 1870 in Trieste, cradle of Central European flavors, the craft business of the Masè family, was born. It moved from Trentino to embark a path of taste, tradition and authenticity. Masè, in particular, is known to have produced the first ham “Prague” in Trieste, 150 years ago. Today Masè is an important brand, recognized by all as a symbol of tradition and quality. Within its product line you can find products based on pork, beef, turkey and veal, but also other types of food specialties, in particular: pickles, tuna and all the best quality of rice.
