The company was officially founded in 2002, but finds its origins in the artisan workshop of the Menichetti family which since 1960 has been producing sweets and delights in the pastry shop of Ponte a Egola (PISA).
Following its family tradition, but embarking on a new and more contemporary path, Riccardo Menichetti decided to focus his laboratory in the chocolate field, specializing initially in spreadable chocolate creams.
