Mirabella was born in 1979 from the idea of a group of professionals from Brescia who are passionate about viticulture and enology; it was among the first realities of Franciacorta to believe in the typicality of its territory and in the potential of the "Franciacorta" brand, which is increasingly becoming a symbol of Made in Italy in the world.
In 1979 it was Teresio Schiavi, a far-sighted winemaker, together with his friend Giacomo Cavalli, who laid the "first stone" of the Cantine Mirabella in the municipality of Paderno Franciacorta inside an old spinning mill and then followed yesterday's production alongside colleague Bracchi and his sons Alessandro and Alberto.
