For four generations we have been producing products and semifinished products for GELATO, PASTRY SHOPS, CONFECTIONERY INDUSTRY, YOGURT SHOPS and HORECA. Our history goes back to 1911, when Mr. Nappi, busy in a small laboratory, where for years carried out hazelnut and dried fruit sorting, started diversifying his own production, creating new products, until today, with thousands shipped to more than 87 Countries. With three production sites and a total area of over 70.000SQM, of which 38.000SQM are covered, Nappi is constantly growing to face the global market most complex requests, according to the idea of an eco-sustainable economy, which we try to meet by means of solar panels, power generators and cogeneration plants using vegetable biomass, able to reduce the emission of CO2. A constant goal is to realize quality certifyed professional products, which are guaranteed by an inside highly trained staff, daily working on our internal lab and R&D department, along with an area fully equipped for demonstrations and additional professional training
