Our company is located in the Trentino region in the heart of the Dolomites. Since 1989, we have been making, with artisanal care, high quality vinegars and aromatized oils.

We are constantly looking for the purest ingredients and the newest flavors for our excellent and delicious dressings. We select the best ingredients such as Wine Vinegar, the Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, the Italian and Communitarian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then we carefully add a wide variety of flavors, the most precious spices, citrus and the small and tasty berries from the Trentino region.
