- Vinya El Vilà young red one of a range of four wines (young red, white, rosé and red crianza) made at the Padró family winery just south of Barcelona and takes its name from some of the family vineyards which lie adjacent to the village of Bràfim where the winery is located.
- Over 5 generations, the Padró family have distilled spirits, made wines (including mistelas and other fortified wines) and become masters of vermouth.
- On the wine side, the family now specialises in making light, fruity Mediterranean-style wines under different brands, each one representing something of who the family are.
- This wine undergoes controlled fermentation in contact with the grape skins at 24ºC for 10+ days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is stabilised in stainless steel tanks.
- A full-bodied wine with mild tannins. Aromas of berries predominate. Blackberry and hints of spices strike a good balance.
- Our Vinya El Vilà Mediterranean wines will delight the palate and are an ideal option for events.
