Paolillo s.r.l. was founded in 1960 on the values ​​and principles handed down to the Paolillo brothers by their father Giuseppe. The careful selection of raw materials, the ideal periods for sowing, care and product collection have become over the years a real huge amount of experience left as a legacy to their children.

In 2002 was born renewed to give continuity to the family business tradition; while the previous production focused on different types of products, today the main activity is the cultivation, production and marketing of fennel.

Fennel is the company's main product: the supply reaches 160,000 quintals a year and, given the abundant demand, Paolillo s.r.l. plans production involving more than 40 farms in the area.

The Paolillo group bases its work on values ​​of correctness, coherence, centrality of man and respect for the environment, currently engaged in a process of constant improvement of quality standards, where complete consumer satisfaction and the quality of its products are strategic objectives.
